Fu l’ultimo proprie tario Albani della Rocca di Urgnano e dell’attuale palazzo Bonomi ac quistato dall’avv. Giuseppe Maria che sposò una Riccardi. Avendo ce duto gratuitamente tutte le sue azioni della ferrovia Bergamo-Trevigli o per un valore di oltre un milione di svanziche, perse nel 1864 tutt a la sua ingente ricchezza: si trasferì quindi a Pisa, dove morì.
