No other reference to this person has been found. As n oted below, Pernel was most likely descended from the senior branch o f the Grantmesnil family as she brought the Norman honour of Grantmesn il to her husband, but she may have been the daughter of Robert de Gra ntmesnil's daughter Agnes.] m ---.
