The Test a de Nevill lists knights who held land from the king in Hertfordshire , dated to [1204/12]: "Radulfus de Tony" held land "in Flamstede" [1] . The Red Book of the Exchequer records "Radulfus de Toany" holding pr operty "Flamstede" in Essex, and four knights´ fees and parts "in Est ham, Rudmerlega, La Bereve, Warneslega, La More, Scravelega, Sendesleg a" in Worcestershire in [1210/12] [2]. Henry III King of England grant ed property "Radulfo de Thoeny", which King John had granted to "Roger o de Thoeny patri ipsius Radulfi", dated 11 Jun 1229 [3]. m (Sep [1232 /34]) as her first husband, PERNEL de Lacy.
