The Historia Comitum Andegavorum records that Ingelger marri ed "Rursus Adelardus et Raymo ambo germani fratres, Turonensium et And egavensium pontifices, neptem suam Aelindis" and that her dowry consis ted of "alodiis suis… Ambazio, Busenciaco et Castellione" [1]. The ' 'Gesta Consulum Andegavorum'' records that Ingelger married "Landonens is castri sive Gastinensis pagi consul nomine Gaufredus… filiam unic am… Adelam", and thereby inherited "Landonensi castro" as she was th e heir of her father who had no surviving male issue [2], but this tex t may confuse Ingelger's wife with the first wife of Comte Foulques I I "le Bon". The ''Gesta Consulum Andegavorum'' records that, after th e death of her husband, Adelais was unjustly accused of adultery b y a group of nobles led by "Guntrannus parens Ingelgerii" but later ex onerated [3].
