Nato forse postumo. Fu coinvolto in un lungo processo per l'assassini o di Gerolamo Calini e condannato nel 1605 a rimanere "sequestrato" ne lla villa di Rovato onde poter curare i propri interessi e quelli de i figli dei suoi fratelli, viventi con le relative madri vedove. Fec e testamento il 16 gennaio 1613 nel suo palazzo di Brescia in contrad a di Sant'Antonio (via Cairoli) essendo malato. Poche ore dopo morì.
