Catterina Martinengo Colleoni e ne ebbe i figl i Tebaldo morto adolescente, Marcantonio (n. 1680), Carlo (n. 1683) An nibale (n. 1696 e morto celibe), Giovanni e le figlie Cecilia sp. al n ob. Decio Poncarali e Paola sp. al conte Giovanni di Pandolfo Vimercat i Sanseverino di Crema. Fu in grande relazione con Rinaldo d’Este du ca di Modena e Giangastone de’ Medici granduca di Toscana, ai qual i prestò forse i suoi servigi come gentiluomo di corte. Lettere di qu esti due principi si conservano ancora nell’archivio familiare. Cont inuò la fabbrica del nuovo grandioso palazzo di Piazza del Lino inizi ata dal padre. Nel 1715 veniva compiuta da Giulio Quaglia di Laino l a decorazione del grande salone centrale, che sotto il nome di «Sal a Apollo» servì recentemente come salone di concerti e di conferenz e . Ma il conte Curzio non vide finito questo suo palazzo, completat o dopo la sua morte dal figlio Carlo. |
